These Terms govern use of this website and the purchase of products from Sin City Science. Accessing the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms.

1. Use of this website

The site must be used only lawfully. Prohibited activities include damaging the site, interfering with others' access, or attempting unauthorized system access. Sin City Science is a members-only storefront: by creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have completed the research attestation presented at signup. We may decline, limit, or close any account at our discretion.

2. Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. We do not provide usage guidance, protocols, or advice, and nothing on this site is medical, health, or dosing information. Placing an order confirms you accept this condition for everything in that order.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve discretion to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or impossible to fulfill. An order is accepted only when payment has been received and verified by our staff; until then we may cancel it and release its reserved stock. If a paid order is canceled by us, the amount paid is refunded.

4. Pricing and errors

We may cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or product information and refund any amounts paid. Listed availability reflects live inventory; where an item sells out before payment is verified, we will contact you to adjust or cancel.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are verified manually by a person before an order is fulfilled. Payment must be completed within the window shown on your order page; unpaid orders may be canceled and their reserved stock released. Only use the exact payment details shown on your order page — we will never message you asking to redirect a payment.

6. Fraud prevention

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any transaction we deem fraudulent or unauthorized, and may report such activity to the appropriate parties.

7. Shipping

Orders ship after payment verification to the address you provide, with tracking sent to you when the order ships; allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your payment is verified, and U.S. delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment — good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Verify your address carefully — we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once a package leaves our hands, carrier delays are outside our direct control; if tracking shows extended inactivity or apparent loss, contact us and we will open a carrier inquiry and work through a resolution with you.

8. Returns, cancellations, damaged and incorrect items

Because of the nature of the products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described here. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item or something materially different from its certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description; keep the item and its original packaging. Claims reported after this window may be declined.

The following are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been opened or used; products no longer in their original condition; and damage or degradation caused by handling or storage after delivery. We are not responsible for misuse or for improper handling or storage of products after they arrive.

After verification, resolution options include replacement, store credit, or refund via the method you paid with; approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping costs are refundable only when the error was ours. We may approve claims from photos without requiring the item back; where we do request a return, use a trackable shipping service — return shipping is at your cost unless the error was ours, and we are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Orders can be cancelled while they are awaiting payment or payment verification — contact us promptly. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and is instead covered by the terms above. We reserve the right to deny claims we deem fraudulent or made in bad faith, and to require reasonable documentation before approving a claim.

9. Certificates of analysis

Every lot we sell is third-party tested. The certificate of analysis for your lot is attached to your order and remains available in your account history permanently.

10. Account conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share access, misrepresent your identity, place orders you do not intend to pay for, or attempt to circumvent verification or security controls. We may revoke access for violations.

11. Intellectual property

All website content — text, logos, and graphics — is owned by us. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products are provided for research use and we disclaim all other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms; updates take effect upon posting, and material changes may require re-acceptance at your next sign-in. Continued use of the store after a change constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We do not sell personal information. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily: your account email address, a phone number when order verification requires it, your order history and shipping addresses, payment confirmation records (including proof-of-payment images you upload), and your acceptance of the research attestation (with its date, wording version, IP address, and browser info). The site also automatically gathers limited technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and access times — for security purposes.

2. How we use it

Personal information is used to process orders, respond to your inquiries, maintain website security, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We send transactional email about your orders; we do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies only, for basic functionality — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. Our visit analytics are built and stored in-house; we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will affect site features.

4. Payment and third parties

We never see or store payment card numbers — payments are made directly through the methods shown at checkout and verified by our staff. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the store — transactional email delivery, website hosting, and shipping carriers (who receive your name and address to deliver your order) — each operating under their own privacy standards, and where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements. Order records and their certificates of analysis are kept permanently so your documentation is always available. If you close your account we retain what business records require, and no more.

6. Security

The site uses SSL encryption and reasonable safeguards. Accounts are protected by verified sign-in; payment confirmations are reviewed by a person; uploaded documents are stored outside the public web space and served only to authenticated owners and staff.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below; we respond within applicable legal timelines. You can review your order history and documents in your account at any time.

8. Age

This site is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 21.
